Guest Speaker:

Rod Bigelow
Executive Director, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art

Rod Bigelow has been the executive director of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art since 2013, leveraging over 25 years of experience in arts and cultural management. Under his leadership, the museum has welcomed 14 million visitors. Prior to Crystal Bridges, Rod held key positions at the Toledo Museum of Art, The Art Institute of Seattle, and Tacoma Art Museum. He holds an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University.

  • Balsamic & Rosemary Grilled All-Natural Airline Chicken Breast with roasted pearl onion and crimini mushrooms (GF)
  • Smoked Paprika Grilled Faroe Island Salmon with tomato cucumber salsa (GF)
  • Grilled Vegetable Paella: Saffron rice, squash, bell pepper, onion, asparagus, stewed tomato sauce and drizzled with chimichurri (GF, vegan)

Dessert:

  • Flourless Chocolate Torte (GF)
  • Strawberry Shortcake with whipped cream
