NEWS FROM THE KIA
To our KIA Community During our Temporary Closure
We are all working diligently to contain the spread of coronavirus. In line with
Michigan's new shelter-in-place directive, and to protect our team and our community, we are extending our temporary closure until April 13. Our exhibitions, programs, spring classes and spring break art camp are cancelled.
Please visit our regularly updated website for the most current information, and follow us on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook (coming back soon!) to see how we are bringing you "art beyond the walls" during these challenging days.
We at the KIA are always grateful for your support and engagement, and that gratitude has become paramount for us now, thank you for your generosity. If you'd like to continue to
support the museum and the Kirk Newman Art School, your kindness is greatly appreciated now more than ever.
If you registered for a spring class or camp, we hope you will consider supporting
our efforts and accept credit toward a future class, redeemed by April 2021. You will receive an automatic credit unless you send a request by April 16, 2020 to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note refunds may take more than 21 days as our team is working remotely.
We look forward to welcoming you back soon!
Thank you and stay healthy,
Your KIA team
