Kalamazoo Institute of Arts Features Faculty Artwork in Exhibition and Sale

On display through December 8, the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts is featuring local arts professionals in the Kirk Newman Art School Faculty Review. This biennial exhibition showcases artwork from over 40 KIA faculty members, highlighting a diverse range of media and courses that are available at the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts.
The Faculty Review is a unique opportunity to enjoy work by artists whom have gained national renown, such as Laurel Kuehl, who recently received a Gold Prize at the Great Lakes Pastel Society National Show. It is also a great chance for potential students to learn more about the Kirk Newman Art School instructors and the KIA's upcoming courses.
Gallery Admission - Adults: $5, Students: $2, KIA Members/Children 12 and Under: Free
The Faculty Sale and Studio Tours
This Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., guests will be able to purchase artwork from the KIA's school faculty and, from noon to 4:30 p.m., they can visit the artists' personal studios! The Faculty Sale and Studio Tours are the perfect opportunity to shop for unique gifts as well as support local artists, offering a wide selection of handmade pottery, jewelry, ornaments, paintings, photography, sculpture, glass and much more.
