Kalamazoo, MI - Monday, March 1, 2010, the Kalamazoo Art League is hosting a lecture featuring photographer Rob Gage on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at 10 a.m. at the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts.

Photographer Rob Gage is well known to major corporations and agencies for his artistry and command of advertising photography. Gage's clients have sent him to 67 countries and 40 states during his career. In addition to his commercial work, Gage has created a body of evocative portraits and scenic compositions that are highly regarded by art aficionados on the West Coast.

Rob Gage has been an advertising photographer for more than 30 years and is based in Laguna Beach, California. He graduated from Art Center College of Design and was an instructor there for 15 years. Gage has also served on the board of the Laguna Beach Art Museum.

Join Rob Gage as he discusses his career, his craft and the fascinating stories he has compiled from his travels.
