Sunday Funday

Enjoy the annual Holiday Parade downtown, then join us at the KIA for Family Funday! Formerly known as "Sunday Funday," this popular fall event features games, arts and crafts, refreshments and an opportunity to meet nationally syndicated Speed Bump cartoonist Dave Coverly, the 2009 winner of the National Cartoonist Society's Outstanding Cartoonist of the Year.

At 1:00 p.m., Quintette a' Vin performs lively music along with a slide show of Dave Coverly cartoons.

He will be joined by Jim Tobin, author of Sue McDonald Had a Book, which Coverly illustrated. The book will be available for purchase in the KIA Gallery Shop, and both artists will be providing autographs.

This is the perfect family event with hands-on projects and creative fun, for the kid with you, and the kid in you!
