SUMMARY:Art Detectives: My Hands Sing the Blues: Romare Bearden’s Childhood Journey
DESCRIPTION:by Jeanne Walker Harvey \nRomare Bearden has been described as the nation’s foremost collage artist. Art Detectives will view a work by Bearden in Legendary Voices: Art for the Next Century\, as well as the work of other collagists. After exploring in the galleries we’ll create a collage to take home. \nArt Detectives is for children 4-8 years old (but all ages are welcome).
