SUMMARY:Book Discussion: Get the Picture: A Mind-Bending Journey Among the Inspired Artists and Obsessive Art Fiends Who Taught Me How to See
DESCRIPTION:by Bianca Bosker \nBianca Bosker takes a deep dive into the art world\, examining the way we see and experience art in this funny and gripping memoir. Bosker investigates how and why art takes hold of our senses and even our person in such different and profound ways\, looking at perspectives from gallerists\, collectors\, curators\, and artists. This is a fantastic book for all who appreciate art. If you have ever looked deeply at a piece of art or felt moved by art and wondered “Why does art matter?”\, then this book will resonate with you. Bosker takes your hand on this journey and won’t let you go until the last word. The breadth and depth of Bosker’s exploration leaves no stone unturned or canvas unstretched.
