"White Scripts and Black Supermen: Black Masculinities in Comic Books" is independently produced, written, and directed by Professor Jonathan Gayles. It is an award-winning documentary exploring the complicated history of African-American comic book superheroes. A discussion with Professor Gayles and artist, poet, and educator Denise Miller will follow.
