2010 West Michigan Area Show

Since the 1960s, this annual exhibition has showcased the exceptional work of area artists in all media. This year's West Michigan Area Show contains 108 works of art by artists from 14 counties surrounding Kalamazoo. This exhibition demonstrates the amazing variety and quality of work being created in Western Michigan. Painting, drawing, photography, glass, ceramics, fiber, mixed media, wood, video, printmaking, sculpture, and jewelry are all represented. Chicago artist Gladys Nilsson selected the works from among 660 submissions and awarded prizes during her visit to Kalamazoo.
