Free guided tour of exhibitions or collection galleries. Check the events calendar for more information. No registration required.

Adult and College Group Tours

    Senior Day Tour
  • Adult groups pay $15 per docent for each group of up to 15.
  • Fee is waived for college groups.
  • Minimum group size is 10; maximum group size is 60.
  • Occasional exhibitions are ticketed.
  • Tour special exhibition or collection galleries.
  • Please schedule 4 weeks in advance.
  • The KIA is handicapped accessible. Wheelchairs available upon request.

Self-Guided Group Visits

Scheduling your self-guided visit helps avoid conflict with other groups. Fun Gallery Activities for pre-school, family, and elementary groups may be checked out at the Information Desk.

School Group Tours

A visit to the KIA is a fun, interactive way to inspire learning and help meet Grade Level Content Expectations (GLCE). Learn more about school tours.

Tour Times

  • Tuesday-Friday, 10 am to 5 pm.
  • The galleries are closed on Mondays.

Scheduling Your Visit

  • Email form or call (269) 349-7775 ext. 3162 to schedule a tour or for more information.
  • Call or email with date and time, alternate dates, and any special needs the group may have.
  • Groups provide their own transportation.
  • Group leaders are encouraged to visit the KIA in advance for a pre-visit tour with museum educators! Call for an appointment.
  • There are no facilities for eating lunch in the museum.
  • The KIA is handicapped accessible. Wheelchairs available upon request.
