A corporate membership in the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts is a sound business investment, one with dividends and benefits. Our beautiful facility offers businesses a place to engage clients and customers. Corporate membership benefits increase at each level. Participation in the popular Corporate Art Program is offered at the Patron level. At the Benefactor level, a company can also rent the KIA for private, after-hours business receptions or other corporate functions.
When you join the KIA, you become eligible for members-only benefits, and you help ensure that the KIA will continue to play a vital cultural and educational role in the region. You also become an essential partner of an established institution that has played an integral role in the arts since 1924.
- Member ($300 - $499)
- Recognition in the quarterly KIA newsletter, Sightlines, which is mailed to more than 2,500 members and friends.
- One complimentary family membership for a designated corporate representative.
- A subscription to the bimonthly newsletter, Sightlines.
- Listing in the KIA Biennial Report.
- Invitations to members-only exhibition previews, receptions and special events as well as (3) guest passes.
- Patron ($500 - $999)
All benefits listed above, plus:
- Two (2) additional complimentary family memberships for designated corporate representatives (3 total).
- Listing on the Corporate Membership Recognition Board.
- A selected exhibition catalog mailed to you.
- Three (3) additional guest passes for exhibition previews, receptions, and special events (6 total).
- Benefactor ($1,000 - $2,499)
All benefits listed above, plus:
- Three (3) complimentary memberships upgraded to the sustaining level.
- Participation in the Corporate Services Program: an original work of art will be exhibited in your place of business and changed quarterly.
- A special guided tour of the KIA for an employee group.
- Priority rental of the Art Institute for private, after-hours business receptions or other corporate functions.
- Major Benefactor ($2,500 - $4,999)
All benefits listed above, plus:
- Three (3) complimentary personal memberships upgraded to donor level.
- Sustaining Benefactor ($5,000+)
All benefits listed above, plus:
- An original work of art for your corporate art collection.
- Use of space designated by the KIA for one free corporate event.
Sponsorship Opportunities

Corporations providing exhibition and program sponsorship will receive prominent acknowledgment in all news releases, publications, printed materials and signage. Sponsorships of $5,000 and above receive additional benefits.
